We are seeking a competent and dynamic Client Success Manager to join our team on an independent contractor basis, ideally suited for someone who thrives in the vibrant atmosphere of a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will possess unique skills, including comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing operations, superior project management capabilities, outstanding communication skills, and experience with managing multicultural marketing campaigns. This role is crucial for fostering and maintaining strong, enduring client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and propelling successful outcomes for our clients and our agency. A vital aspect of this position involves being the primary conduit for all client-facing communications, preparing client documents, and ensuring clear, consistent delivery of project details to all stakeholders. Understanding and experience with multicultural marketing campaigns are essential, as we aim to deliver inclusive and diverse marketing strategies that resonate with various audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Forge and sustain strong, lasting client relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact and manage client expectations throughout the project lifespan, ensuring you are responsible for all client-facing communications.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Have a profound understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms. Offer insights and counsel to clients on enhancing their digital presence and achieving their marketing objectives, with a particular focus on multicultural marketing campaigns.
- Project Management: Spearhead and coordinate projects from start to finish. Guarantee that all projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget. Employ project management tools to monitor progress and communicate updates to stakeholders. Responsible for preparing all client documents and ensuring that all aspects of a project are delivered and communicated clearly so all stakeholders are aware of all project elements.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their business goals and devise strategic plans to achieve them. Propose recommendations and strategy adjustments based on performance data and market trends.
- Customer Satisfaction: Track and analyze customer satisfaction metrics. Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and swiftly address any concerns to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure unified support for achieving client goals.
- Feedback and Reporting: Collect client feedback and provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future strategies. Ensure comprehensive documentation and clear communication of project outcomes and insights to all relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar role, preferably within a digital marketing agency, with specific experience managing multicultural marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
- Exceptional project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to proactively push projects forward, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate will take full ownership of this process, demonstrating high accountability and initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients across diverse cultural backgrounds. Must excel in all client-facing communications and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding solutions.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or Project Management is a plus.
